Meet Shannan Sorrell

Shannan Sorrell is a seasoned political strategist with a deep passion for campaign planning, voter outreach, and targeted messaging. With years of experience as a chief of staff at the county, state, and federal levels, she has been at the forefront of shaping legislative strategies and building strong connections with grassroots organizations, advocacy groups, and elected officials. Prior to working on Capitol Hill, Shannan owned her own consulting firm and successfully guided candidates through the complexities of campaign planning, micro-targeting, social media engagement, and volunteer coordination. Her expertise extends to strategic communication, fundraising, and crisis management. Shannan played Division 1 volleyball in college and holds a master’s degree in public policy and an undergraduate degree in public relations and business management.
